Evanish Skincare Shipping & Returns

Due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, it might take us a little longer than usual to ship your order and process returns. Thank you for being patient and understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, please hit us up at hello@evanishskincare.com and we’ll be there for you.

Shipping

We are not offering expedited shipping due to COVID-19. We accept orders at any time—24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on evanishskincare.com will be processed and shipped within 3–4 business days. Orders placed after 1pm ET will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Evanish Skincare is unable to accept orders to be shipped to destinations outside of the US. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We currently offer the following shipping methods within the continental USA.

International

We are so sorry for the inconvenience, but we are not able to ship internationally at this time and apologize for any inconvenience.

PO & APO/FPO Boxes

Evanish Skincare currently does not ship to freight forwarding locations, hotels, PO Boxes, Military (APO/FPO), or Puerto Rico.

Return Policy

We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or return. Email us at hello@evanishskincare.com within 30 days of the date of purchase. For reasons of health and safety, we will only be able to offer a refund or exchange on unused items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in proper condition and must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the return is processed, we will credit your original form of payment. Please note, that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your product. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and recommend sending your product with reliable tracking or insurance.

Once we receive your package, if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (minus the cost of shipping).

We only accept refunds for purchases made at Evanishskincare.com. If you purchased your product with one of our authorized retailers (Amazon, Instagram, Facebook), please contact the appropriate store for assistance.

Cancelation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed as they are immediately sent to our distribution center for fulfillment, but we do offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.
